In addition to your AMC account, you need to obtain the following accounts to license Mitel products:
Mitel Online
Mitel Sales Workbench
All tasks require an Administrator account.
Allocate licenses (Distributors).
Create customer record.
Create Application Record IDs for customer products.
Assign base software licenses to system ARIDs.
Create License management groups (if required).
Assign licenses, including UCC user and SWA licenses, to the product ARIDs.
Technician activates the licenses by synchronizing the servers with the AMC to download the license entitlements.
After initial installation and configuration, the Reseller manages the reassignment, upgrading and deletion of licenses in the AMC.
