AMC Sync Failure

The following AMC error displays when the AMC cannot be contacted.

Warning: The Application Management Center cannot be contacted. Please check connectivity and ensure the Secure Shell connection (TCP port 22) are permitted from this server to the host Register.mitel-amc.com. All connections will be initiated by this server, so only outbound connectivity is required.
