Assign Licenses

Assign licenses, including UCC user and SWA licenses, to the management group.

Single System

Assign licenses to the system ARID:

  1. Under Tasks, click Assign a License.

  2. Enter the Customer Name in the Name field and then click Retrieve.

  3. Click + beside the customer’s ID.

  4. Select the option button next to the system ARID and then click Assign .

  5. Enter the Purchase order number in the Search Criteria and click Retrieve.

  6. Click + to expand the Purchase order.

  7. Assign the licenses to the system ARID.

  8. Click Assign.

  9. Click Allocate to assign the licenses.

  10. Review the licenses.

  11. Click Confirm.

Site Solution with Multiple Systems

Assign licenses to the management group:

  1. Under Tasks, click Assign a License.

  2. Enter the Customer Name in the Name field and then click Retrieve.

  3. Click + beside the customer’s ID.

  4. Select the option button next to the ULM. If the solution only contains a DLM, then select the DLM GARID.

  5. Click Assign.

  6. Enter the Purchase order number in the Search Criteria and click Retrieve.

  7. Click + to expand the Purchase order.

  8. Assign the licenses to the GARID.

  9. Click Assign.

  10. Click Allocate to assign the licenses.

  11. Review the licenses.

  12. Click Confirm.
