Cancelling a Software Assurance Quote

You can cancel a quote for Mitel Software Assurance if you are the person who created it.

To cancel a software assurance quote:

1. Click Software Assurance.

2. Enter the name of your customer in the Name box and click Retrieve.

3. Select the Cancel link under the Status column.

4. Enter the reason and click Cancel.
