Distribution Models

Mitel products and services are typically distributed using one of the following models:

Mitel > Distributor > Customer

Mitel > Distributor  > Indirect Reseller > Customer

Mitel Distributors and Resellers can belong to any of the following AMC License Distribution Models:

1. • Single tier

   • Double tier

   • Multi-distribution

The AMC allows Distributors to manage Partner accounts only. They cannot manage end customer installs. Mitel Resellers / Indirect Resellers manage End customer installations and license assignments for Mitel products and applications. Direct Resellers purchase product or licenses directly from Mitel; Indirect Resellers purchase their product or licenses from a Distributor.
