Deleting Empty Application Records

If you have created an Application Record in error, you may be able to remove the Application Record from view. (For audit purposes, an Application Record can never be fully deleted, but it can be made to disappear from your listing.)

To qualify for deletion, your Application Record must meet the following conditions:

 

Note: Your User account type must be Reseller Administrator to perform this task.

 

To delete empty Application Records from view:

  1. Click Customers and then select the Customer ID you want to modify.

  2. Click the App Record ID # link for the record you want to delete. The Application Record Information page opens.

  3. Click Delete.

  4. In the Reason text box, type the reason for deletion and then click Retire. A confirmation page appears.

  5. Click Confirm. Retirement of this Application Record is confirmed.
