You can view a list of your Customers and their products using the Customer Menu Selection on the menu bar.
To view a list of your Customers:
Click Customers.
Click Search, or enter search criteria on Customer/Application Record information and then click Search. Your Customer list appears.
Note: If you do not identify any search Criteria, the Licensing system will display the end customers using pagination.
To view a list of Customers/Applications Records that you share (Owners):
Follow the instructions above to view a list of your Customers.
Select the customer name to view. That customer's Application Records appear.
Click Access in the appropriate Application Record to view a list of Recipient Resellers, if any, for this record.
To view a list a list of shared Customers/Applications Records (Recipients):
Do one of the following:
click Shared Servers from the sub menu to view your shared Application Records
click Shared Customers from the sub menu to view your shared Customer Records
Select the record you want to view.
Click the Application Record ID link to see Owner and Application Record details.
