Licenses that are manually activated have had their activation passwords entered manually into the MiVoice Business system. (In the Application Record, the User must click "Download License Keys", read the license sheet to obtain the ARID, and then manually enter that ARID into the MiVoice Business system).
Manually activated licenses can NOT be transferred automatically - once a license is activated and the password given to the user, it can NOT be revoked.
Note: If you click Download license key in an Application Record, that license is classed as manually activated regardless of how it was originally activated.
