If you buy licenses from multiple sources, you will have a license account for each source. You can have these accounts consolidated by contacting amc_accounts@mitel.com. Consolidation of these accounts will allow you visibility of your entire license inventory regardless of the Purchase point.
Note: The ability to link accounts is only available to AMC support staff. Resellers & Distributors do not have the ability to perform this operation.
To link multiple AMC accounts:
Click Partner Accounts and then click Search.
In the Partners Name listing for your company click (Links). The Linkage Information page opens.
Click Add Node.
In the Account Administrative User ID field, enter the User ID for the account you want to link.
In the Password field, enter the password for the account in Step 4.
Click Submit. A confirmation screen appears.
Click Confirm. The link is confirmed.
Repeat Steps 3 through 7, substituting User ID and password information, to link another Distributor account to the others.
Click License Bank and then click Submit. You can now see your entire inventory on all POs from all suppliers.
