MiVoice Business License Activation

Activate the MiVoice Business license as follows:

To activate a license:

1. In the MiVoice Business System Administration tool, click System Capacity and then License and Option Selection.

2. Click Change.

3. Enter your Application Record ID and click Retrieve Licenses. The license is activated and license information is automatically retrieved. In the AMC Application Record, the Licensing Status changes to "All license keys have been downloaded."

4. Click Save.
