currently beyond the grace period for unassignment. You can do a reassign but you may need to contact the AMC to complete this transaction. |

Light Grey |
in an unknown state due to an incomplete transaction. Contact the AMC to complete this transaction. |

Dark Grey |
activated off-line and is NOT available for unassignment. |
In the example below, the MiVoice Business license and 50 IP Phone Licenses are available for reassignment without AMC participation.
