The Application Record Description is a unique, descriptive name for an installation. If your customer owns multiple Mitel products, you can distinguish them by their location. (For example: "MiVoice Business Top Rack")
To change Application Record Description:
Click Customers.
Click Search, or enter search criteria on Customer/Application Record information and then click Search. Your Customer list appears.
Select the Customer ID that you want to modify.
In the Application Record list, click the Application Record ID link for the Application Record you want to modify.
In the Description field, enter the new description. (For example, enter a new location or name for the MiVoice Business.)
Click Update. A confirmation message appears above the revised Application Record Information.
