To Change Customer Information

You can update information in the Customer's account such as Name and Contact Information.

To change Customer information:

  1. Click Customers.

  2. Click Retrieve, or search on Customer/Application Record information and then click Retrieve. Your Customer list appears.

  3. In the Customer list, click the  icon for the customer that you want to modify. The customer's details appear.

  4. Click Edit the details for <company name>.

  5. Enter the changes and click Submit.

  6. Enter the reason for making the change and click Confirm. A confirmation message appears.
