Welcome to the Applications Management Center (AMC) on-line help system. The AMC handles the distribution of product licenses for products that are sold by Mitel, its Distributors, and its Resellers. All Mitel systems are licensed on a "right-to-use" basis, which allows End Users to use the functionality according to the terms and conditions in the End User License Agreement (EULA).
The new AMC GUI interface has many of the same characteristics as the original design, but it also incorporates quick access icons, action menu structure, and pagination to improve search capability.

The Partner details icon provides access to a specific
set of actions. The available actions are based on the AMC account privileges
of the user.
The Distributor Admin account has the following actions available:
Create User: allows the Distributor admin to create a user account for their partner
View License Bank: allows the Distributor admin to view a Partner’s license bank
Allocate: allows the Distributor Admin to Allocate sales orders to a Partner account
Deallocate: allows the Distributor Admin to remove Sales orders from a Partner account back to the Distributor account license bank
Partner Admin accounts do not have any actions available to them because Mitel manages the Partner account. However, higher level accounts such as those used by AMC support personnel provide access to other features:
Edit Rules: manages demo kits assigned to Partner
Create User: add, remove or change User access
View License Bank: access Partner license bank
SWA: access Partner Software Assurance panel
