Creating Application Record IDs for Customer Products

After you create a customer record, you must create an Application Record for each of that Customer's products.

To create an Application Record ID for a Customer:

  1. Click Customers.

  2. Enter the name of the customer and click Retrieve.

  3. Select the of your customer from the Customer List.

  4. Enter a description for the Application Record (for example: PPP Industries MiCollab ARID) and click Submit.

  5. Click Next and the system displays an ARID for your customer’s system.

  6. Record the ARID.

  7. Repeat Steps 3 to 6 for each product (system).

 

Note: Until a base product (for example, MiVoice Business or MiCollab) is assigned, the Application Record is generic.
