Owners of shared Customer records continue to manage the application records as they have in the past, but Recipients of these shared files do not have full management control. The following tasks are "view only" for Recipients:
change name
change description
set/clear hardware ID
add Application Records to a shared Customer record

High-level Bundling |
You cannot split bundles between Application Records. Bundles must be assigned to the Application Record to which they apply. |

Moving Application Records |
You cannot move a shared record. If the Application Record must be moved, you must first remove all shares and then move the record. You will need to set up sharing once again after the move, if required. |
