Enabling/Disabling Accounts

Due to audit requirements, User accounts cannot be deleted, but you can effectively close an account by disabling it when a User leaves your employ.

Note: You must have an Administrator or User Administrator account type to perform this function.

To disable a user's account:

  1. Access the Self Service Menu.

  2. From the Administration Section, select User Management. A list of registered users will be presented.
  3. In the Actions column of the User ID list, click the Disable link beside the employee name you want to disable. A confirmation message appears.

Note:  Enable and Disable links are only visible when they are applicable.
