Managing Passwords

You can manage your Administrator and User (employee) passwords from the Self Service menu. You may use any combination of letters, numbers and special characters except spaces. Be sure to choose a secure password.

 

Note: You must have an Administrator or User Administrator account type to perform these tasks.

Distributor Administrator and Distributor User Administrator

  • all of this Distributor's own Users (including other Administrators)

  • all of this Distributor's Resellers' Users (including the Reseller Administrators)

Reseller Administrator and Reseller User Administrator

  • all of this Reseller's own Users (including other Administrators)

 

Note: If you forget your Admin password, or your Administrator leaves your employ, please contact support by emailing amc_accounts@mitel.com.

 

To change User passwords:

  1. Access the Self Service Menu

  2. From the Administration Section, select User Management. A list of registered users will be presented.
  3. In the Actions column of the User ID list, click the Change password link beside the employee name you want to modify.

  4. In the New Password field, enter the new password.

  5. Enter the new password again in the Confirm new password field and then click Submit.

  6. Click Next to confirm that you want to change the password. A confirmation message appears above the Partner Accounts list.
