Activation Method

The method used to activate your equipment determines whether you can use the re-assign feature.

To determine the activation method for your equipment:

Find the Application Record for the license that you want to move and select the scenario that matches your own from the following list. The information in the links below are displayed in the Application Record Information screen.

1. • under Active Products, my Application Record says 1 X MOSS Transfer

   • under Server Status, my Application Record says Server Status - Unknown

   • under Licensing Status, my Application Record says All license keys have been downloaded

Note: It is possible to license a single MiVoice Business system using both automatic and manual activation. In this case, you must follow the rules for the activation type of the particular license(s) you want to transfer.
